Privacy & Security Policy

We recognize the importance of protecting the personal information you provide to the Kings County Board of REALTORSŽ, (KCBOR). We maintain the following privacy policy:

1. We gather the following types of information needed to maintain our membership records:

Office affiliation and contact information
Date of Birth
DRE or OREA license number if applicable
Drivers license number

2. We use this information to:

Populate the National REALTORŽ Database System (NRDS)
Notify members of upcoming events, products and services.
Display on the Boards website the members contact information only such as office phone and fax numbers.

3. Email Policy. All members of KCBOR and it's Multiple Listing Service (MLS) will have access to members contact information, including e-mail address. Consumers looking for a REALTORŽ, representative will be provided with a membership roster which includes the contact information provided to the Board by the member.

4. We will not share, sell or otherwise provide other information about you to third parties.

5. Credit information that you and credit authorizers provide when you make payments by credit card for products, dues or other services will only be used to process the transactions you request. This information will never be sold, shared or provided to other third parties.

6. We maintain security procedures and standards which we believe are as safe as today's technology permits.
