To apply for KCBOR membership, please submit the following documentation:
- Completed KCBOR Membership Application Packet (Contains Required Forms Listed Individually Below)
- Completed KCBOR Membership Application, including responsible broker’s signature
- MLS Access Level Form & Acknowledgement of Rules & Regulations, including responsible broker’s signature
- MLS SentriLock LockBox & SentriKey Access Agreement, including responsible broker’s signature (If signing up for SentriAccess SmartPhone/Bluetooth access to listings.)
- Copy of your California Bureau of Real Estate salesperson’s or broker’s license
- Letter of Good Standing from your Primary REALTOR® Board Association
- Present proof of identity (Driver’s License, passport, etc)
- Payment of the appropriate REALTOR® Dues amount
- Payment of the appropriate SentriAccess Dues amount
- MLS Billing Schedule – 2026
- Dues Billing Statement Legal Notices & Disclosures
- NAR Code of Ethics 2026
